Hypnotherapy

​Hypnotherapy is the bridge between the conscious and the subconscious mind. It can facilitate communication and alignment between these incredible facets, enabling profound personal transformation.

Imagine an iceberg with the conscious mind representing the tip - the subconscious is what lies beneath the surface, an expansive yet largely unknown territory.

​Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) is a form of psychotherapy that examines the connection between the mind (neuro) and language (linguistic). It looks to understand how behavioural patterns (programming) are acquired through personal experiences and how we process these in our every day life.
The aim of NLP is to empower people to understand their thoughts and behaviours in order to reach specific goals or outcomes. It effectively addresses issues such as phobias, anxiety, depression, low confidence and other behavioural issues, while fostering self-awareness, confidence, and motivation.
Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), commonly known as tapping, is a holistic healing method that integrates cognitive therapy, exposure therapy, and acupressure .
This therapy involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body while addressing negative emotions or physical sensations. It works with the intention of restoring the body's energetic balance. EFT has shown promise in reducing stress and anxiety, alleviating PTSD symptoms, managing chronic pain, and enhancing well-being. Additionally, it may contribute to the significant reduction in cortisol levels, and is a great quick and easy way to reduce stress, even while out and about!
