Frequently Asked Questions

I've booked a session, what can I expect?

 

Each session is a safe, supportive space just for you. We will begin by having a chat about the issues you wish to look at, and depending on what you have booked, we will move forward with either an nutritional consultation or a hypnotherapy/coaching session.  You’ll be guided with compassion, not pushed or judged. ​ ​

 

Do I need to prepare anything before a session?

 

Just bring yourself, an open heart, and maybe a journal if you’d like to jot down insights afterwards. Wear something comfortable and ensure you’re in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed if we’re working online.

 

How do I know if this is right for me?

 

If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or just know there’s more of you that wants to emerge - this work is likely for you. You may not even know exactly what you want to work on. Often, that becomes clear once we begin. If you have come with a particular health issue, your session will be tailored around that.

What do you do in a Transformational Life Coaching session?

 

Coaching can assist you to identify goals, patterns, and beliefs from a conscious space. However, during a transformational life coaching session, we may also do parts work and integration, inner child work, or utilise timeline visualisation.

 

The goal is to work on reconnecting you with yourself, in addition to any personal goals you may wish to achieve.

We will also look at releasing limiting patterns that may be rooted in fear or self-doubt.

Each session will flow as clients often have eye opening realisations that they weren't aware of prior to the session. This can change the course of their initial goals. 

 

Is everything confidential?

 

Yes. Everything you share is held in complete confidence. The only exception is if there’s a risk of serious harm to yourself or others - then I have a duty to act. Otherwise, your journey is yours alone.

 

What if I get emotional during the session?

 

That’s totally okay. Emotions are welcome here. Often, releasing tears, anger, or even numbness is a sign that something important is moving. You will never be judged or rushed through what you feel.

 

How do I book and pay?

If you are a new client we will need to have a discovery call prior to your session. You can contact me by email, Whatsapp, or the contact form on the home page. Payment is made once we set a date for your first session.

A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment has been booked.

What if I’m nervous or unsure?

 

That’s completely normal. Many clients feel this way at first. You don’t have to come in knowing everything.

 

Just come as you are - I’ll meet you there.
