Service Description

Initial Consultation - Nutritional Therapy *If you require an in person session, I am based in clinic on Thursdays. This service consists of: 1 x 1 hour Nutritional Therapy session 1 x 20 minute telephone call to discuss your Nutritional Plan. Prior to your session, we will obtain a thorough picture of your current health conditions or concerns. This will allow me to begin working on your case prior to the session so we can get maximum benefit from any time we spend together. Please note the following: You will need to complete and return the health questionnaire and 3 day diet diary 48 hours before your session. The option to reschedule your session without charge is available, providing 24 hours notice is given. Refunds are not available due to the nature of the bookings.
