I've booked a 'blended' session, what can I expect?
Each session is a safe, supportive space just for you. We begin by gently tuning into what’s present for you - emotionally, physically, or energetically - and from there, I intuitively draw on coaching, hypnotherapy, parts work, or EFT to support what you most need in that moment. You’ll be guided with compassion, not pushed or judged.

We will also devote time specifically to hypnotherapy and nutritional therapy so you are getting what you need and what you came for.

I've booked a Coaching, Nutritional Therapy or Hypnotherapy session, not a blended package. Do you still combine therapies?
Absolutely. Every session is unique. We may start with coaching and move into EFT, or use hypnotherapy and finish the session with some health coaching advice. You’ll receive what’s right for you in the moment.
Do I need to prepare anything before a session?
Just bring yourself, an open heart, and maybe a journal if you’d like to jot down insights afterwards. Wear something comfortable and ensure you’re in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed if we’re working online.
How do I know if this is right for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or just know there’s more to you that wants to emerge - this work is likely for you. You don’t even need to know exactly what you want to work on. Often, that becomes clear once we begin.

What do you do in a Transformational Life Coaching session?
Coaching can assist you to identify goals, patterns, and beliefs from a conscious space. However, during a transformational life coaching session, we may also do parts work and integration, inner child work, or utilise timeline visualisation. We may also draw on NLP and EFT.
The goal is to work on reconnecting you with your authentic self, in addition to any personal goals you may wish to achieve.

We will also look at releasing limiting patterns that may be rooted in fear or self-doubt.

Each session will flow as clients often have eye opening realisations that they weren't aware of prior to the session. This can change the course of their initial goals.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is held in complete confidence. The only exception is if there’s a risk of serious harm to yourself or others - then I have a duty to act. Otherwise, your journey is yours alone.
What if I get emotional during the session?
That’s totally okay. Emotions are welcome here. Often, releasing tears, anger, or even numbness is a sign that something important is moving. You will never be judged or rushed through what you feel.
How do I book and pay?

If you are a new client we will need to have a discovery call prior to your session, but don't worry if you've booked in a session without a pre-chat. I will get in touch with you to arrange a time convenient for us both.

Payment for a session or package is made by Stripe prior to the session.
A pre-session email will be sent once your appointment has been booked.

What if I’m nervous or unsure?
That’s completely normal. Many clients feel this way at first. You don’t have to come in knowing everything.
Just come as you are - I’ll meet you there.
